Questionnaire privacy
Índice Matinal, Unipessoal, Lda., the operator of Coviran ACLima, uses voluntary questionnaire responses to assess interest in online shopping, baskets and new products or services.
Information collected
We store selected options, the optional suggestion, and the response date and time. We do not ask for your name, phone or email. Do not include personal data in your suggestion. Responses are not linked to social media accounts.
Storage and access
Responses are kept for 12 months in a private archive on the website’s hosting. Store management can consult and export them to Excel. A weekly report is emailed to mail@aclima.pt through Microsoft 365. We do not use responses for personalised advertising.
Security and technical data
To limit abuse, we temporarily use a technical identifier derived from the IP address without storing the IP in the response database. The hosting provider may retain technical access logs needed to secure the service. The management area uses a session cookie required for authentication.
Rights and contact
Participation is optional. If you include personal data by mistake, please contact mail@aclima.pt, giving the approximate date and details to locate the response. Processing any personal data to assess suggestions and protect the service is based on the legitimate interest in improving and securing the store; you may object and request access, rectification or erasure where applicable.
