Privacy and personal data

Contact and grocery basket enquiries are sent to mail@aclima.pt through Microsoft 365, using a technical email service contracted by the store. Data is used only to reply to enquiries, never for marketing. Questionnaire responses are kept in a private archive for 12 months to assess improvements to the store. Read the questionnaire privacy information. Do not include personal data in your suggestions.

If you contact the store directly by email, the data you send will be used to assess and answer your enquiry. Do not send health data, identity documents or payment details. These website forms are not used for marketing.

You may contact mail@aclima.pt to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits, pages viewed and technical device data. Measurement starts only after you choose “Accept”; if you reject it, the Google tag is not loaded. We do not send form contents or use advertising features. Your choice is stored in the browser for six months and can be changed through “Cookies” in the footer. The _ga and _ga_* cookies last no longer than six months. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its privacy policy. For enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact mail@aclima.pt. Questionnaire and shopping-list controls run in your browser. Promotional images may load from an external Coviran server, which receives the technical data needed for the connection. The hosting provider may process technical access data to deliver and protect the service.

The OpenStreetMap map loads only when you select “Load external map”. The Coviran leaflet loads only when you open the viewer. These services receive connection data and may use their own technologies. Close the leaflet to stop it loading. Google Maps, Waze and carrier buttons open external websites with their own policies.

Enquiry data is processed to reply and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps requested by you. Store management must delete emails for completed enquiries within six months, unless a legal obligation or a dispute requires longer retention. Hosting and Microsoft 365 providers support technical processing; contact mail@aclima.pt for information about providers and safeguards for any international transfers. Questionnaires have separate privacy information, including their 12-month retention period.
